These are great for normal jewel cases however when placing them over the MFSL lift-lock case or the new Super Jewel Box, both of which are slightly thicker than standard jewel cases, this sleeve is a bit too tight and leaves rub marks and scratches on the case that it is supposed to protect. Thus my 3 rating.

Perfect for protecting a standard jewel case or similar size CD. Put one of these on when you first open the CD and it should stay like new for a long time...

Second time purchase of these sleeves. I don't use then over jewel cases as my collection is gently handled but I like to cover the newer cardboard and digi-pack CDs that I prefer to protect. Usually trim a bit off the open end and the sleeves are durable, well-fitting and keep my investment looking like new.
