This board is made from recycled fibers that have had the acid removed or neutralized at the time of manufacturing. It is our most popular board. The .028" thick, acid-free, semi-rigid backing board is an excellent choice for protecting prints, posters or photos. This board is intended for long-term display or storage as it will absorb and neutralize migrating acids that can contribute to the degradation of paper over time.
