Mailers and pads are made from 200-lb- test kraft corrugated cardboard.

Perfect product for my needs
I agree with the other commentor that the tabs on the top and the bottom are bit cumbersome BUT I have used over 100 of the mailers and have not had one issue with them. I do use a pad on both the top bottom when I ship with them. 100% secure and reliable.

Easy to set up and use
The buck stops here. Someone reviewed it was not thick enough — not true. This thing is tough as nails and becomes impenetrable when buying another pad insert. Top notch. Been getting rave reviews with my eBay auctions. Thanks BU! Keep up the killer work.

Exceptional design and build
Ive have shipped over 200 graded comics in these box's with 0 issues. Greate product and it also lowered the cost of shipping on the comics that I have sold.
