These fit very nicely over most of the CD singles and promo CDs that I have. That is to say, they fit the cardboard covers. They are a little loose to put a disc in, then put inside a cover. (I think there's another "snug fit" product for that. They also fit some of my 5" record covers (an annoying size that was popular in punk and metal for a while).
