This board is made from recycled fibers that have had the acid removed or neutralized at the time of manufacturing. It is our most popular board. The .028" thick, acid-free, semi-rigid backing board is an excellent choice for protecting prints, posters or photos. This board is intended for long-term display or storage as it will absorb and neutralize migrating acids that can contribute to the degradation of paper over time.

Legacy
The boards are definitely very good. However, they were shipped to me in a box that was too tight and they were warped because of this. Thankfully, they were able to be straightened back out after being kept straight with some weight on them, but, it was inconvenient.
