The .040" thick clear polystyrene front sheet blocks 80-85% of harmful UV rays.
The archival corrugated backing is lignin- and acid-free and the sheet of 4 mil clear Melinex serves as an archival spacer between the polystyrene and the comic art. The wood frames come assembled with a sawtooth hanger for either vertical or horizontal hanging.

These are great frames for standard sized original art. Easy to use and look great on my walls.
