We have two sizes of National Geographic sleeves. The smaller size (7-1/4 x 10-3/8") fits National Geographics snugly and will not accommodate a backing board. The larger size (7-1/2 x 10-3/8") will also hold a backing board (see related products). This size sleeve also holds Dell/ Silver Age comics.
