• Our Prices   include shipping except as noted:
* All orders under $60.00: $6.50 will be added for processing and packaging.
* States West of the Mississippi:10% of your order total will be added for shipping.
  NOTE: 10% shipping charges are waived on orders over $250 (except"+ Freight” items).
"+ Freight" products are wholesale priced. We will call or email you with a freight quote for those items marked (+ Freight).
 GIFT CERTIFICATES do not count towards the total of $250 for free shipping.

UPS Estimated delivery times.
We normally ship with 2-3 business Days of order receipt. Many items do go out next business day.
SHIPPING METHODS
• UPS express shipping services are available for an additional charge. Please contact us by phone (1-800-767-2247) or email for a freight quote. Also, enter any special shipping instructions in the “Special Instructions” field of the online order form.
• We reserve the right to add U.S. Postal or UPS GROUND surcharge if rates increase.
• For UPS GROUND delivery, a street address must be used - no post office boxes. If you input an incorrect address or your PayPal address is not updated, there will be a $17.50 fee per box for address corrections; this is what UPS charges us.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, International Orders, APO, FPO. Please contact us for a quote.
• For orders outside the Continental United States, we will contact you with exact shipping charges before processing your order.

We also use some fedex ground services for shipping product.

RETURNS POLICY
• Returns subject to a 15% restocking fee and first and return freight when applicable.
• You must call ahead for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). No package will be accepted without an RMA number. We do not pay return shipping on items that you ordered incorrectly.
• Merchandise will not be accepted for restocking that has been purchased more than 90 days before returning ship date. Returned Merchandise must be in resalable condition.

MISCELLANEOUS
Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. Shortages, wrong items or damaged merchandise must be reported within ten days of receipt of order. Delays in reporting will result in a decline of the claim.

BACKORDERS
Occasionally for reasons beyond our control, a back order does occur. If we are unable to ship your complete order, we will notify you within three business days. Many times, if it is a multiple item order, we will ship less the back-ordered item(s). Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they are in stock.
