Our crystal-clear archival polyester (Mylar) is approved by the Library of Congress. We use DuPont inert Melinex® or a suitable equivalent. The material we use for our sleeves has passed the Photo Activity Test, which certifies that the material is safe for long-term storage.

Product as expected except that a number of the sleeves I bought had one side that was split open about half-way through. This defeats the purpose of having a sleeve with three closed sides. For 37c/sleeve, quality control should have caught this. UPDATE: BagsUnlimited got back to me and offered to replace the faulty sleeves. I received those with my next batch of sleeves and I am completely satisfied now.
