Response:The measurements of the outer poly sleeve are 7-3/4" tall x 4-1/2 x 1 x 4-1/2" wide (total 10"). Hopes this helps!

Response:That is correct. It has a full outer sleeve covering the outside of the case. The outer sleeve can be used for VHS cover art and things of that nature.
