Ordered 200, that were not shipped in the name entered in the shipping address, so the addressee was not able to pick them up. Had to call/email BU to correct issue, whcih took more time. Then they didn't add the Apt # that was included (I still have the email thread with proof), so it delayed even further. Then around 1/2 were not glued & 25% more came unlgued while getting screenprinted. Could not return & start over, as they had already been ordered. Incredibly frustrating transaction, service & product. So many ulcers. I'll be sticking with Dorado.

Everything was fine, except there were a few jackets that were not completely glued. There were also about five that had some creasing. They were not damaged during shipping; obviously the creasing occurred before shipping. Overall, an excellent experience. Thank you!
