Response:We always put the reseal tape on the body of our record sleeves. Doing so prevents the record jacket from coming in contact with the tape when placed in the sleeve or removing the record from the sleeve.

These album sleeves are fantastic. They fit perfectly, look great, and the resealable flap keep your albums clean and free from dust. These are the only ones I use, and the price is great, too.

They look great and are ready to use. I've had no trouble with any Beatles LP so far, including some double LPs (White Album) and other gatefolds. Love the placement of the sticky strip, too. Keeps accidents from happening when inserting or removing records. Will and have ordered again!

got a new manufacturer/supplier for these since i last purchased them... the appearance and seam quality on these has gone downhill in a hurry :( the sleeves look very wrinkled right out of the bag and the edge "welds" are sloppy with clumps of melted polypropylene stuck to the edges... considering the premium bags unlimited charges or their product, one would expect better fit & finish on what i'm guessing is one of their most popular items with record collectors. the only reason i'm not shipping them all back is that my entire collection is bagged with these, and to my knowledge they are the only place to get resealable bags with this particular dimension... rather disappointed with this batch of bags i received... previous orders were of better overall quality and appearance, even the bags that they put these sleeves in is different... it's too big and the sleeves shift around and end up creased on the edges as well as a result... whatever they've done... i really wish they'd undo it in a hurry... i'd like the higher quality, better fit & finish sleeves back... i'm very proud of my collection, and would like that also reflected in the supplies i use to protect and store them...

Ordered 1,000 to begin replacing standard polyethylene sleeves. Considerable improvement providing for tight spines. Crystal clear not muting spine color making it easier to find what you're looking for on the shelf. Also improves the look of your shelf. Adhesive is not as strong as Japanese sleeves I have, but should hold up. My LPs get played once or twice to record and sit on the shelf. May not be the ideal sleeve for someone who play the physical LPs over and over, but these work great for me and I will be buying more. Quite a process swapping out, but such an improvement....

Not as strong as I thought. Ripped several while putting in LP's. Needs to be about 1/8 " wider. These fit my purpose though. Will be ordering many more in the next few months.

These are excellant sleeves for single lp vinyl records. The snug fit will give problems with gatefold, thicker album jackets. My local record store sold me the 13 inch size and I didn't care for the additional height. The added height above the height of the jackets crinkles against the tops of my records crates - my clearance is limited - this is why I needed snug fitting sleeves. I have had no issues with durability. Will the adhesive hold up thru the years??
