Made from .028" thick acid-free board. White both sides.

While the quality is very good, I found these inserts too wide to fit most pictures sleeves from the 60s. As a result, I had to cut each one down by 1/16' - 1/8" to fit these older sleeves. They seemed to fit most 70's and 80's sleeves fine. In addition, my package of 100 came with a 3/8" curve/bend (they would not lay flat) meaning that I had to bend each one back flat before using. REPLY from BU:This issue has been resolved successfully with the customer. It also gave us insight that we need to make a narrower insert for 1960's picture sleeves.

I’ve been using these cardboard inserts for my picture sleeves for several years. They really do a great job of keeping them crisp and clean looking, and they help prevent them from any future creasing or tearing. A must for any 45 RPM collector.

Keeps my picture sleeves looking flat and unwrinkled!

Perfect for giving some strength and protection when used for unusual vinyl pressings as well as regular 7" records. I have a collection of unique and unusual issues like 3" records, stamp records and many other smaller pressings and flexis. These allow me to store my "weird" records in a standard 7" sleeve. No worries of contamination or breakdown that could potentially damage these rare items. I'm extremely pleased with this product and would recommend it without reservations.
