Question:The handles protrude into the box and chafe record spines when flipping through them. Do you have a recommendation on how to make the folded handles lie flat? - Richard (07/06/2024)

Response:The handles on 0ur 12" Plastic Corrugated storage boxes can be put in the closed position while looking through your record to keep them from coming in contact woth the records.

Question:Is it possible to purchase lids separately? I lost a few and would like to replace just the lid. - Jeff (06/26/2023)

Response:Yes - but because of the weight of a filled box, we recommend stacking only 2 boxes at a time.

I first started using these nearly 20 years ago, when I moved my record collection from Hartford, Ct. to Pennsylvania. I still use them to store some of my records. They are tough, easy to put together and stackable. Recommended.

I've been using these LP boxes for the last 20 years and they are the best around. Heavy duty, high quality material, strong enough to handle any collection. Very easy to move around and transport. They will also hold most box sets. The smaller sizes (7"/10") are just as great. These are my go to boxes for my entire record collection and always will be.

These are the best LP storage boxes I've found. They're a bit pricey but definitely worth it to me. Very sturdy construction means they'll support the LPs inside, the boxes can be stacked without risk of damaging the box below, and they also break-down flat when not in use so they can be stored very compactly. The fact that they're plastic rather than cardboard means they offer an extra degree of protection for your valuable LP collection in terms of moisture leaching up from the floor (or down from the ceiling) that cardboard boxes don't provide a barrier against.
