These bags are so beautiful and clear. I have had two people think that they were mylar. They really make the comic shine and our finer quality than other brands.

As someone else stated, I find that these bags offer the best balance of protection and affordability for storing my comics, and they fit my Silver, Bronze, Copper, and Modern Age comics quite well. I actually dislike the bags that are specifically made for Modern Age comics (not just from here, but in general) because I like my comics to have more space inside of the bag and board than they allow. I also love the self-sealing flaps on these sleeves because they seal and open conveniently and reduce the need for tape, which can be a hazard around comics on occasion.

I have been using these bags for years. I find that they offer the best balance of protection and affordability for storing my comic collection. I also much prefer the self-sealing (resealable) flaps. It removes the cost of using tape, and tape has the potential to stick to a comic and damage it if not careful.

Worth the price in the short term. The bags really make the colors POP on the cover. Long-term I would naturally recommend a mylar based product with an acid free backing board. I use these bags in conjunction with my mail-order comics business and they really give the comic eye-appeal when the customer unwraps their package.

In response to the "little ripples" review -- it's not a heat thing, it's an ACID thing. The more acidic the comic, the more the polypropylene will wrinkle. As such, the "Regular Marvel" and "Dell" sleeves are more prone to wrinkling than the "New" sleeves, because contemporary comics are printed on less acidic stocks. I haven't figured out if the sleeves absorb the acids/wrinkle less if re-sleeved later. Even still, I prefer these WAY more than the polyethylene. But I wonder if just a slightly heavier gauge would help the wrinkling problem. And I pretty much only buy their resealable sleeves any more. Not having tape on the flap minimizes the hazard of getting tape on the comic upon removal, plus I don't have to keep tearing tape off a roll. I agree they need some better quality control on the sizing of the boards/bags, but they did recut/exchange some boards for me and make it right on past orders.

These bags are great, when they are just right that is. What I mean is, sometimes you order them and the backing boards will just stick out beyond the inside edge allowing you to fold the flap over without a bulge. This happens in 1-4 orders. Most of the time, the inside back edge is about 1/8" too long. When you fold the flap over, it causes the back edge overhang to awkwardly fold over and bulge, often wrinkling the whole back and flap in the process. After using over 1000 of these bags (in many different orders, I will probably go with another brand for now on.

These bags are good for the price. Comics look great at first, but after a few weeks the bags get little ripples in them. Given, the room they are in is a little warm, but I did not expect this from Polypropylene. The resealable flaps work well, but over time adhesive will stick to the flap itself and endanger the comic if you are not careful when removing it. But, for $7/100, you really can't complain.
