This inexpensive mailer does the job of providing reasonable protection for a single CD in a jewel case through the mail about 99% of the time in my experience. (And I have a lot of experience.) The other 1% of the time, the CD arrives damaged, but I am not convinced that a sturdier, more expensive mailer would have made a difference. I do find that, after sealing, I have to use paperclips to press down the edges of the flap for a while or they tend to come up. (You can also use tape.) Also, when you order them in boxes of 300, Bags Unlimited seems to make an estimate of how many they put in a box rather than actually count them, and I have been shortchanged up to five mailers per box. They are cheap enough that I just accept that as a cost of doing business and have not complained. But they asked for feedback, and here it is.
