These Polyester (Mylar) L-Sleeves are made from crystal-clear, 4 mil archival polyester, approved by the Library of Congress for indefinite storage. We use Dupont inert Melinex or a suitable equivalent. Our polyester has passed the Photo Activity Test (P.A.T.) which means that it is safe for long-term storage.
The unique construction of L-Sleeves (two adjacent sealed sides) allows for quick and safe insertion and removal of photos and prints when not in permanent storage.
