Print & Poster Rigid Flat Mailers

We stock three styles of  Flat Rigid Mailers to accommodate the various stiffnesses needed for shipping flat prints & posters:

•  Lightweight Rigid Mailers called Stayflats® Lite are made from 18 pt., 100% recycled paperboard. They come with a peel & seal tape closure and a tear strip for the opening. Use these mailers when you have bend sensitive documents, but need to save on shipping costs. 

•  Standard Rigid Mailers are the correct choice for shipping matted or mounted posters that are more valuable. The material is heavy duty brown kraft .037" thick or sturdy white clay-coated newsback .028" thick. Bent and crimped corners and pages are a thing of the past when you use these mailers. They come with a tuck-tab closure.

•  Stayflats Plus® RIGID MAILERS - These mailers are available in white clay-coat newsback .028" thick. Mailers come with a peel & seal tape closure and a tear strip for easy opening. Corresponding Filler Pads are linked in each mailer description.

NOTE: When choosing your mailer be sure to take into consideration the thickness of the item being shipped as well as the thickness of any fillers you may choose to use.
