Newspaper Mailers

We stock three types of Rigid Mailers for Tabloids & Newspapers:
All styles are Recyclable and made from 100% recycled paperboard.

Stayflats® RIGID MAILERS - the original mailers are the correct choice for shipping flat items when rigidity is the highest priority. These mailers come with a tab lock closure and are available in white clay-coat or natural kraft. The natural kraft is heavy-duty .036" thick board; the white clay coated newsback is .028" thick.
Stayflats Plus® RIGID MAILERS - These mailers are available in white clay-coat newsback .028" thick. Mailers come with a peel & seal tape closure and a tear strip for easy opening. Corresponding Filler Pads are linked in each mailer description.

NOTE: When choosing your mailer be sure to take into consideration the thickness of the item being shipped as well as the thickness of any fillers you may choose to use.
