Returns Policy
Returns subject to a 15% restocking fee, first and return freight when applicable.

You must call ahead for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).  No Package will be accepted without a RMA number.

Merchandise will not be accepted for restock that has been purchased more than 90 days prior to return ship date.  Returned Merchandise must be in resaleable condition.

Miscellaneous
Please Inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt.  Shortages, wrong items or damaged merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order.  Delays in reporting will result in decline of claim.

Backorders
Occasionally for reasons beyond our control, a back order does occur.  If we are unable to ship your complete order, we will notify you within 3 business days.  Many times, if it is a multiple item order we will ship less the backordered items, and we will ship those as soon as they are in stock.
