1.	Eligibility: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m.. Eastern Standard Time("EST") on November 12th, 2008 and ends on December 7th, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. (EST) ("Entry Period"). Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the Continental United States and District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age and older at time of entry. Employees of BagsUnlimited Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies,  and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children, and each of their spouses, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the households of each of these individuals, whether related or not, are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law.
2.	How To Enter: : Fill out form on Entry form page, Limit one entry per person. You will automatically be entered every time you make a purchase through the website.
3.	Prizes:  Limit one prize per household.
4.	Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable. No cash equivalent or substitution of prize except at the discretion solely of Bags Unlimited. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, on prize are the responsibility solely of the winners.
5.	Drawings:  The estimated odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.
6.	Prize Notification: Prize winners  will be notified via e-mail. Winner will be required to complete, sign,  and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release. Failure to timely return required documents or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prize won by an eligible minor will be awarded in name of minor or parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documentation.
7.	ADDITIONAL TERMS: By participating, entrants agree to: (a) abide by the Official Rules, and the decisions of the judges which shall be final, and (b) release, discharge and hold harmless Bags Unlimited Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies,  (collectively “Releasees”), from all liability, claims or damages arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize; and c) except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, winners agree, where legal, to the use of their names and/or likeness by the Sponsor for advertising and publicity purposes in all media and on the Internet without further compensation and, upon request, will provide such consent in writing. Releasees are not responsible for and shall have no liability for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes related material; stolen, late, lost, misdirected, incomplete entries or any mail; or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly, or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction; or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions, which may limit a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend all or any part of this Sweepstakes and may conduct a drawing and select a winner from among all entries received prior to the action taken.
