**NEW**  We've added a new line of lightweight rigid mailers called Stayflats® Lite. They are made 18 point, 
100% recycled paperboard. They come with a peel & seal tape closure and a tear strip for opening. Use these mailers when you have bend sensitive documents, but need to save on shipping costs. Great for direct mail, calenders, photographs, awards, computer software and much more. If extra rigidity is desired use appropriate sized filler pads.

The original Stayflats® RIGID MAILERS are the correct choice for shipping flat items when rigidity is the highest priority. These mailers are available in white clay coat or brown kraft. The brown kraft is heavy duty .037" thick board; the white clay coated newsback is .028" thick. The variety of sizes offered (from 5 x 7 through 21 x 27) insures that whatever you are shipping will have a mailer close in size.

We also offer Corrugated Pads for these mailer as well as NEW Chipboard Pads that offer protection for the corners of items being shopped and buffering between items being shipped. These pads are cheaper and lighter in weight than corrugated pads.
