We manufacture two different styles of LP Record Mailers:

• Our 12" LP RECORD MAILER FOLDERS are made from 200-lb-test kraft "bend-resistant" corrugated cardboard. They are specially designed for Crush-Free delivery. They are equal to 110 pounds of combined paper weight which equates to superior strength! These MAILER "FOLDERS" are expandable. Ship 1-3 or up to 6 12" LP records. Just fold on the appropriate scores, tape closed, and mail!

• Our LP RECORD MAILER "BOXES" ship up to 12 or 20 LP records, and have double-walled sides that help ensure corner and edge protection of your record jackets. The mailers are designed so that no flaps or tabs come in contact with mailer contents.
